At Wondrplay, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time using one of the methods outlined below.
Option 1: Delete your account via the app (Recommended)
You can initiate account deletion directly within the Wondr app by following these steps:
- Step 1: Go to Account / Profile - Step 2: Navigate to Settings - Step 3: Select Delete Account
Once submitted, your deletion request will be processed in accordance with our data retention and compliance obligations. (Please refer to our Data Retention Policy for more details)
Option 2: Request deletion via email
If you are unable to access the app or prefer assistance, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please send an email to support@wondrplay.co.uk with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
To help us process your request securely and efficiently, please include the following details: - Full name - Registered email address or phone number linked to your account - Reason for deletion (optional)
What happens after you request deletion
- We will verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account security.
- Upon successful verification, your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
- Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes, in line with our Data Retention Policy.
- You will receive confirmation once your request has been completed.
Processing timeline
We aim to process all valid deletion requests within 30 days of verification, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
